Please note: It is crucial the information provided in the application is accurate and compete. Once submitted, it becomes difficult to correct. It is much easier to ensure it is right the first time prior to submitting.

Simply fill out an online application through apartments.com. This starts the screening process. Once pre-screened, which only takes a few minutes, we will be happy to schedule a showing for you at everyone's' earliest convenience.

All adults must apply individually for a combined single application. All children must be listed. Pets/animals must also be listed on the application.

Yes! We accept animals/pets on a case by case basis for our long-term renal options. A monthly pet fee is required per pet and a separate fully refundable pet deposit. We do not however accept animals/pets for any of out short term rentals.

Our long-term rental options are offered at a one year lease which automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement thereafter. Our short-term options are offered at month-to-month, however, special terms may be agreed upon.

We require a fully-refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent to be held on file due at signing of the lease.

We require a combined family monthly income of three times the rent plus any pet fees. For example, if you are applying to a home that is $2400/mo and have one pet for a total of $2500, then your combined family income must be at least $7500/mo.

All adult must have and maintain a credit score of at least 650.

No. We do not allow smoking of any kind to include cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana inside or anywhere on the property of any of our homes.

Unfortunately we do not accept applications with evictions on their record.

Severity, frequency, and time since last occurrence are all looked at and considered. Most minor offenses from multiple years ago do not affect an application. We do not accept applications with felonies and/or DUIs/DWIs on their record.
